Outshinery Lite Terms of Service

1. Overview

Outshinery Lite is a simplified service provided by Outshinery that allows users to purchase pre-priced, non-subscription-based product imagery for wine, beer, spirits, and other beverage brands. This version of our service offers pay-as-you-go visuals with instant previews and digital delivery.

2. Payments

• Pay-as-You-Go: Outshinery Lite operates on a straightforward, pay-per-image model. No subscriptions or Shine Credits—just clear, upfront pricing.

• Payment Terms: All payments are made in USD and must be completed online at the time of ordering.
• Receipts & Invoices: A receipt will be emailed to you automatically after each purchase. If you need an invoice, please reach out to our team.
• Refund Policy: Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Image Use & Licensing

• Ownership: All final images are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use. You do not need to credit Outshinery but may not resell or redistribute the visuals as standalone assets.

• Exclusivity: Images created through Outshinery Lite are generated using standard setups and are not exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer References

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate product and packaging details. Errors in the information provided may result in delays or additional charges.

• Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and labeling standards.

5. User Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree that Outshinery may identify your company as an Outshinery Lite customer and may display your company name and logo on outshinery.com, lite.outshinery.com, and in Outshinery marketing materials. We will not publish the images we render for you without your permission. You can opt out at any time by emailing lite@outshinery.com, and we will remove your name and logo within 10 business days.

6. Modifications to Services

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Outshinery Lite at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change but will always be clearly listed before checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outshinery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Outshinery Lite or any image it produces. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Images are generated from the files and selections you provide; you are responsible for checking them before use.
