At Outshinery Lite, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, photorealistic visual content for beverage brands around the world. Because our services are digital, customized, and delivered on-demand, returns and refunds are handled a bit differently than with physical products.
All content purchased through Outshinery Lite is custom-created for your brand and delivered digitally. As such, there are no returns or exchanges once your order has been submitted and fulfilled.
If you are simply not happy with a Lite image, tell us within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will refund it. No form, and no reason required.
If something went wrong on our side, a technical issue, a quality problem, or an error in the delivered visual, we will also re-run the image at no cost, whether or not you want the refund as well.
To request a refund or correction, please email lite@outshinery.com with the subject line “Lite Refund Request” and include:
Your order number
Refund or correction requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your visuals. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Refunds (if issued) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
