At Outshinery Lite, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, photorealistic visual content for beverage brands around the world. Because our services are digital, customized, and delivered on-demand, returns and refunds are handled a bit differently than with physical products.
All content purchased through Outshinery Lite is custom-created for your brand and delivered digitally. As such, there are no returns or exchanges once your order has been submitted and fulfilled.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. However, if you encounter a technical issue, quality concern, or error in the delivered visuals, we encourage you to contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review the situation.
If the issue is validated by our team, we may:
Provide a corrected version of the content at no extra charge
To request a refund or correction, please email lite@outshinery.com with the subject line “Lite Refund Request” and include:
Your order number
Refund or correction requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your visuals. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Refunds (if issued) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
